What are the criteria for the UAE Golden Visa?
You can apply for a UAE Golden Visa if you meet any of these requirements:
Salary-based criteria
- You have a minimum monthly salary of AED 30,000.
- You have held the position of Director, General Manager or Chairman of the Board of Directors for 4 years.
- You have an academic bachelor’s degree or higher.
Property-based criteria
- You own property in the UAE worth AED 2 million.
- If the owned property is on loan, you may be eligible for a visa if you hold at least AED 2 million of the property’s value.
Investment-based criteria
- You have a fixed deposit of AED 2 million in a local bank for two years.
